To ensure effective and efficient management of the “Strengthening TB control in the penitentiary system of Azerbaijan” Project of the Ministry of Justice of Azerbaijan Republic and the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria the Minister of Justice issued executive order for establishment Project Implementation Unit (PIU) in November, 2010.
